Training

IDT Global’s professional sales and service personnel receive comprehensive training, tailored to the function and industry they will be servicing.All of our employees must complete a series of training modules, which include seminars, role play and call simulations, designed to introduce them to our technology and best business practices, as well as proven effective sales and service techniques. This coursework is followed by product and industry specific training that focuses on the unique features of your products and services. Every IDT Global contact center representative must pass a series of examinations in order to be certified and permitted to “go live” on our calling floors. New representatives are coached and monitored to ensure quality. Any agent not making the grade is given the opportunity to revisit the training program.
